Minding My Mindset is an online life and mindset coach based in the UK and operates internationally.
They required a form to collect data and a way to provide a video consultation after a booking. As it involves potentially sensitive information they required a system that used encrypted chat and video. It should also be seamless, with minimal friction to improve conversions and should work for clients based both in the UK and worldwide.
Minding My Mindset chose Priorly as we offered them end-to-end encrypted chat and video, upon completion of a booking the client receives their room password, they can then join the room on the date of their booking to complete the consultation. This stops the client needing to download 3rd party apps and keeps them all on one system. They also made se of the custom forms to collect information about the person before booking and gauge their expectations of what they hoped to achieve from the session.
