Refined Beauty Bar is a UK-based beautician offering a range of services focused on beauty and wellbeing.
They had multiple locations with mutiple staff members, some staff members worked across different locations and some staff members such as receptionists needed to be able to make bookings on behalf of people. They also operated a loyalty program and needed a way to give discounts to repeat and VIP customers.
Refined Beauty Bar chose Priorly as we offered them a way to have different staff members active at different locations, staff members active at multiple locations and we were able to give their receptionists permission to create and edit bookings while not be bookable themselves. We set them up with coupons that worked for new customers and then for customers who had 6 or more bookings.
