The challenge

Just Feel provides multiple different types of services across different locations. As well as offering in-person services they also provide online consultations, as well as offering services from different locations. They neededa an agile and secure system, that could handle these requirements.

The solution

Just Feel chose Priorly as we offered them end-to-end encrypted chat and video, upon completion of a booking the patient receives their room password, they can then join the room on the date of their booking to complete the consultation. This stops the patient needing to download 3rd party apps and keeps them all on one system.
